We do not process in-store or online refunds. We can only issue store credits and exchanges. Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
You have 14 days from the order ship date to get an online store credit.
Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES. Please note that all jewelry, hats and sunglasses are FINAL SALES. Items bought with store credit are FINAL SALES. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please make sure it is within the guidelines of this RETURN POLICY.
Please return the products you buy online through our easy online return process and the products you buy in-store back to the store. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late Returns
Any returns received more than 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
